Terms of service
Last updated: 24 September 2026 · Applies to StackBridge, a service of Supreme Stack Systems Limited (“we”, “us”).
These terms govern your use of StackBridge, the business software service provided by Supreme Stack Systems Limited. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.
1. The service
StackBridge is a subscription (software-as-a-service) product. We host it, keep it running, back it up and support it. You get a private workspace for your business, on a plan you choose, for as long as you keep the subscription active.
2. Trials and plans
New workspaces start with a free trial; the trial length is shown at sign-up and on the pricing page (30 days at the date of these terms). No card is needed to start. If you do not choose a paid plan by the end of the trial the workspace is suspended, and deleted 30 days later unless you subscribe. Plan features, limits (users, branches, storage) and add-ons are those published on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Enterprise plans are agreed in a separate order form.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are in Nigerian Naira and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT at the prevailing rate. Fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date. We do not refund part-months.
- If a payment fails we will remind you. If fees remain unpaid 14 days after the due date we may suspend the workspace; after 30 days we may terminate it and delete the data in line with our privacy policy.
- We may change published prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
4. Your account and your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for the users you invite and the access levels you give them, and for keeping credentials secure.
- You must use the service lawfully, including complying with Nigerian tax, labour and data-protection law in respect of the data you process.
- You must not attempt to gain access to other customers' workspaces, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
5. Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, on your instructions, as your data processor under the NDPA. You can export it at any time in standard formats. On termination you have 30 days to export it, after which it is deleted. We will not disclose it except as described in the privacy policy or where the law requires.
6. Availability, backups and support
We aim for the service to be available around the clock, and we back it up daily. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside West African business hours where possible. Support is provided by e-mail and WhatsApp during published office hours, with priority channels on higher plans. Service-level commitments for Enterprise customers are set out in their order form.
7. Compliance features are tools, not advice
StackBridge computes VAT, withholding tax, PAYE and other statutory amounts according to published Nigerian rules that we keep up to date. You remain responsible for your filings and for confirming your particular circumstances with your accountant or adviser.
8. Intellectual property
We own the StackBridge software and brand. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription. Your data, your logo and your content remain yours. Components of the service are built on open-source software used under their respective licences.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from your account; the subscription ends at the close of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where required by law, giving notice where reasonably possible.
10. Liability
To the extent Nigerian law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data caused by your own actions; our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to the service and these terms
We improve the service continuously and may add, change or retire features. If we make a material change to these terms we will notify account holders at least 30 days in advance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them with us first.
